AfterTheGavel disclaims all responsibility and liability for the availability, security or reliability of this service. AfterTheGavel may also modify, suspend or discontinue this service with or without notice at any time and without any liability to you.
Content: AfterTheGavel takes no responsibility for third party content nor does AfterTheGavel accept any obligation to monitor such third party content.
Intellectual Property: You are solely responsible for all materials that you make available on AfterTheGavel including but not limited to feedback and comments. You certify that you own all intellectual property rights in this content. You hereby grant us irrevocable, royalty-free, exclusive license to use, distribute, and publish this content.
Email Addresses: Email addresses are used for communication with users, identification and informational purposes.
Updates/chages: AfterTheGavel reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without notice.
Seller responsibilities: All sellers must register to leave feedback on this site. Sellers may only leave feedback for buyers they have done business with on an online auction site and must provide a transaction ID to match. Sellers may only leave one feedback per transaction. If a seller is found to be fraudulently leaving feedback for buyers they have not done business with, their account may be permanently suspended and the fraudulent feedback may be removed from the site.
Jurisdiction: These Terms of Use will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania. Legal proceedings to be brought solely in Columbia County.
